Our long-time client in the Price Tracking and Intelligent Analytics field tasked us with finding a cost-efficient solution for their needs in Data Engineering. After thorough search, recruitment, and candidate evaluation, the client team confirmed the offered candidate from Bangladesh. He has worked in some of the largest and most well‑known Bangladeshi IT companies and has 10 years of experience, 5 of which are in data management and machine learning.

A rapidly growing, 50‑person scale‑up headquartered in Lithuania tasked us with an offshoring solution for their back-end developer needs. Together we agreed on a candidate evaluation process, ran the recruitment, and successfully placed two mid‑level Node.js engineers.

Today we signed a contract with a new QA Engineer who will join our client' team, headquartered in Lithuania and building IT products for the US market. We are especially excited as she becomes our third female engineer, reflecting growth not only in team size but also in diversity.

We were approached by a US startup in the field of data handling for AI solutions regarding establishing a development center in Lithuania. We advised them on market peculiarities, employment models, salary market, and specialist availability. Based on the agreed requirements, we carried out recruitment for a senior DevOps specialist.
