Second SDR hired for a European pharma marketplace

A growing European B2B pharma marketplace asked us to expand its sales team with a Lead Research Specialist / SDR. Following a successful first hire, we ran a second recruitment batch in Bangladesh, screening candidates on communication skills and lead research experience. The selected candidate was ranked first after screening calls and started onboarding with the client's sales team in mid-October.
